Jadelink guarantee all our products are “Natural Jadeite”, know as “Type A” jadeite in the trade. All materials used for settings are as labeled on price tags. We only engaged nationally recognized bodies, including the Gemstone Testing Centre of East China University of Science and Technology to perform the identification and provide certificates for our jadeite products.
As “Type A”, “Type B” and “Type C” jadeite are only trade terms used in the industry, such remark may not appear on the product certificate while “Chemically Treated” would be added for “Type B” and “Type C” jadeite. For more information on jadeite identification please visit: www.ec-gems.com.cn.

After Sales Service

Customers can enjoy after sales services including cleaning, repair of strings and knots or repair of loose settings upon presentation of proof of purchase (original copy of service card, invoice or recipt) of the product from Jadelink. Please note customers may need to pay for charge on additional materials and labour incurred.

The simplest method to preserve jade’s beauty is to wear it all the time. The human touch provides a warm and moist environment that nurtures the product and preserves the transparency and glossy appearance.

In addition, please note the following when wearing jade accessory:
- Avoid dropping jade from height or hitting against hard surfaces
- Avoid long exposure to sunlight to prevent dehydration
- Clean jade gently in clean water with soap and a soft hair brush to remove grease and dust regularly
